Review: Rapt: Attention and the Focused Life

Rapt: Attention and the Focused Life Rapt: Attention and the Focused Life by Winifred Gallagher
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

The book reestablishes the fact the life becomes what you focus on. So if you focus on the good thing you will never have dearth of it and of you focus to solve the problems then too there are high chAnces that you will be able to find the solution.

The book looses its focus in between and drags the topics.
