Review: Nikola Tesla: Imagination and the Man That Invented the 20th Century

Nikola Tesla: Imagination and the Man That Invented the 20th Century Nikola Tesla: Imagination and the Man That Invented the 20th Century by Sean Patrick
My rating: 2 of 5 stars

[Note: I downloaded this book for free from Amazon]
The life of Nikola tesla always inspires an Engineer or a scientist and his achievements are incredible. But this book is mediocre. It's not a biography of the celebrated Electrical Engineer who spent his last days in penury despite having more than 800 parents.

Review: My Dream Man

My Dream Man My Dream Man by Aditi Bose
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

[Note: I won this book in Goodreads giveaway and this is my honest review.]

I loved this book and kind of have become fan of Author's writing style.

This is a simple love story of Aniket and Ajopa and has happy ending. The author has narrated the story from Ajopa's point of view and was able t keep it interesting till the very end.

The writing style of the author is elegant. At no point I could see the author loosing the grip of the story. Having said that, the first couple of chapters could have been racy.

I rate this book 4.5/5.

Review: Life is a Bitch

Life is a Bitch Life is a Bitch by Asmit Rathod
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

[Note: I won this book in Goodreads giveaway ]

This is kind of ok story, and
author was able to keep the reader engrossed till the end.

The protagonist starts feeling that life is birch after his girl friend ditches him. His life gets disarrayed and he even tries to attempt suicide. But finally better sense prevails and he puts his life back on track.

The author tries to convey a message that success and failure are just perception of the society. Which was kind of thought provoking.

I rate it 3.5/5.

Review: The Ultimate Truth, Knowledge & Wisdom

The Ultimate Truth, Knowledge & Wisdom The Ultimate Truth, Knowledge & Wisdom by Sanjay Goel
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

[Note:I got this book from Net Galley for free on read to review basis.]

The book tries to explain many things from different philosophies. Major chunk of the book is picked from Bhagwat Gita. The book talks about Vedanta, meditation, non-violence, forgiveness as well.

The book is kind of ok. There are some explanations which are not explained well or are confusing.
